Messages may include storage account updates, payment confirmations and reminders, failed-payment or past-due notices, access and facility service updates, document requests, appointment coordination, and replies to tenant questions. The program is conversational and is not used for marketing or promotional messages.
2. Consent and Enrollment
You may enroll through the SMS form on this website or by giving affirmative verbal consent in person or by phone after receiving this disclosure. You confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of renting a storage unit or purchasing goods or services.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies with account activity and conversations, typically 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Affordable Self Storage does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages.
